The LS2 Assault Helmet is constructed with a Kinetic Polymer Alloy (KPA) shell, a lightweight yet strong composite material, and is available in three shell sizes with a multi-density EPS liner. The interior comfort liner utilizes a high-tech fabric that efficiently wicks moisture and dries quickly, and it is fully removable and washable. LS2's 3D laser technology is employed to pre-curve the comfort pads, ensuring all-day comfort and eliminating hot spots.
The Assault Helmet is DOT approved and meets the FMVSS 218 Standard, as well as the requirements imposed by the California Air Resources Board (CARB). The eye port is generously wide and features an optically correct, Pinlock-ready faceshield (lens insert sold separately).
Large, adjustable vents on the chin bar and at the top of the helmet work in conjunction with the rear spoiler and side venturi vents to offer dynamic, adjustable airflow for optimal ventilation.
